At the conclusion of our meeting in Denmark we will make an agreement for a visit
with you for a joint evaluation of the prevailing conditions for the furniture trade
in your market, which could include:
Mapping out your local competitors, their strengths and weaknesses.
Evaluation of the IDdesign product range compared to local competition, price, style
and quality.
Evaluation of site possibilities and locations for an ideal IDdesign concept store.
Based on these findings, cost estimates and forecasts are prepared for a feasibility
evaluation.
Detailed presentation and signing of the Franchise Agreement.

With the formalities of the Franchise Agreement in place and after you have signed a
Lease Agreement for approved location, all IDdesign manuals will be handed over to
you and the practical phase of the project can begin.

The IDdesign project manager and the interior design staff will handle the project
and prepare the complete display plans and drawings for your new store. The
carefully selected product mix for your market will be presented to you at the first
project meeting in Denmark where all details will be discussed and approved before
we proceed with the project.

A project time schedule will be prepared with clear deadlines for the various
planning and works to be carried out. These elements include ordering of furniture,
installation of shop fittings and decoration work. The IDdesign staff will follow
and monitor the project step - by - step until completion. We look forward to
