health fitness bodybuilding and power lifting in the Philadelphia area

Press Release Body = The wait is over Fire Iron Magazine has finally come online and
is ready for business

This magazine named Fire and Iron will be found at gyms health food stores 7-11 and
Grocery stores. It is also my goal that this magazine should cover power and
bodybuilding sports in the local eastern-PA NJ and Delaware area.

The Website can be found online. We have coverage of local contests starting with
the NABBA Jr Nationals in Philadelphia and the Nationals in Middletown PA.

We cover the contest so well you feel you were there! We have loads of photos and
even video of contestant routines.

Are you new to bodybuilding and power lifting? Then go to our bulletin board and ask
someone. Of if that not enough download our 35 page ever growing free instruction
booklet an introduction to bodybuilding. Nobody else got one like ever growing mean
each week we update it with new information on how to develop health and fitness, so
as you get better the so the book!
