\"I really enjoy reading and writting. I am always working on things like Kyle
Oaks. I also like drawing one or two frame cartoons, making short
documentaries and I am finishing up writting a song I wrote about how I feel
about the Iraq War.\", said Justus. When asked how he got started writting
Justus replied, \"I think I always wrote something but after I met Russell
Banks at a book signing, that got me thinking that is what I want to do when I
grow up.\" Justus added, \"Kids don\'t really read as much as they should, only
when the teacher makes us for school. I like reading at home also.\" How did he
find aa publisher? \"I told my Dad I wanted to get a book published and he told
me it will be hard to get published so keep looking until you find someone to
publishe your book. My family really helped me. I asked a lot of publishers
but they all said I was too young or they did not reply. Dad came home one day
from work and said his boss told him about iuniverse. We called them and they
seems happy to help me. Before I knew it, my first book was published. It is
hard work and when it come time to edit and fix the mistakes, that is the
worst part. I learned a lot about writing a book like, make sure you keep
going through it and make the changes as you write, but I really like the Kyle
Oaks books and have great ideas for the third book.\" He also gave this answer
when asked who came up with the cover illistrations for his books. \"Kyle Oaks:
The Fight for the Throne was done by iUniverse and the Kyle Oaks:The Unknown
Threat was done by a friend of mine who like to draw and wanted to do the
cover, so I told him what I wanted and he showed me what he did and I sent
that to iUniverse. My friend\'s name is Max Paul, he is 10 years old also and I
am happy that he got a chance to do the cover for me.\"
