Press Release Body: Boston, Pittsburgh, October 20, 2008 -- Transwide, the leading
global "Software-as-a-Service" (SaaS) provider for transportation and logistics
execution is proud to announce that Carmeuse Lime and Stone, the largest lime and
limestone products producer in North America, has chosen Transwide's on-demand
transportation execution platform to manage and communicate with its carriers. The
complete project implementation was finished in eight months for a full roll-out.

Transportation execution involves a combination of complex workflows and heavy
communication with a large partner network. Carmeuse Lime and Stone was seeking a
Supply Chain execution solution that would deliver substantial value.
The main driver for choosing Transwide was the ease of implementation offered by the
various modules, either as stand alone SaaS web based formats, or as fully
integrated solutions.

# Carmeuse Lime and Stone implemented twCall-off, Transwide's electronic load
tendering tool, primarily to reduce the administrative workload, avoid cost
inefficiency and data entry errors. This allows Carmeuse Lime and Stone to have a
more accurate and centralized overview of outgoing flows and to increase visibility
and collaboration.
# Carmeuse Lime and Stone also selected Transwide's appointment scheduling tool
(twSlot) to streamline the truck flow at their manufacturing sites.
# twDoc electronically transmits and archives all Carmeuse Lime and Stone's "Proof
of Delivery" (POD). It allows availability of the e-PODs in less than 48 hours after
delivery.
# Finally, TrackandTrace (twTrace) enables Carmeuse Lime and Stone to monitor all
its shipments in real time through exception management. Carmeuse Lime and Stone is
able to react immediately to a situation and improve customer satisfaction.

Carmeuse Lime and Stone obtained significant results from this project: increased
efficiency in planning and managing of resources, improved on time deliveries and
immediate reduction in freight claims.

"The key to success depends on strong project management. We tailor the perfect
solution depending on the client's specific needs. The results are unequivocal:
Together we connected 14 Carmeuse Lime and Stone locations in a matter of weeks
without involving any other third party."- says Fabrice Maquignon CEO of Transwide.

" ... Our customers, carriers and internal stakeholders have been very impressed with
the quality of the Transwide system, the ease of its implementation and the
immediate impact it is having on customer service." Jack Fahler, VP Supply Chain,
Carmeuse Lime and Stone
