2009 – Patty Kiang, Ph.D., Catalent’s Account Director
for Analytical & Biotech Services in its Northern C.A./Pacific
Northwest territory, and Tom Feinberg, Ph.D., Catalent’s
Director, Structural Chemistry will both participate in the Parenteral
Drug Association (PDA) West Coast Chapter’s panel discussion
titled “Challenges and Best Practices in Extractable and
Leachables.” The panel is part of the Chapter’s 2009
Professional Dinner Meeting Series.
Kiang, who has served in the past
as a faculty member of the Parenteral Drug Association’s
(PDA) Training and Research Institute, will moderate the evening’s
discussion. Feinberg, a member of the PQRI Leachables & Extractables
Working Group, is scheduled to deliver a presentation titled:
“Future of Extractables and Leachables Regulatory Expectations
- A PQRI Process Update.” Both Kiang and Feinberg work within
Catalent’s Respiratory, Analytical and Biotechnology Group,
with sites in Research Triangle Park, N.C., San Diego, C.A. and
Middleton, W.I.
The
PDA event will be held January 22 at 6pm in South San Francisco.
