Earlier in 2004, Zendor was awarded a 3.5 million catalogue print contract from Joseph Turner for its customer recruitment catalogue. Joseph Turner benefited from the considerable cost-savings Zendor’s parent company, N Brown, could provide for

The customer database analysis will be conducted to provide Joseph Turner with actionable recommendations in January 2005 on how to target its offers more effectively in order to improve customer recruitment and retention levels, increase response rates and spend, and ultimately, drive increased return on investment.
