DirectRooms.com announces the return of award winning skaters Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean. The dynamic duo will take the ice in Manchester on Friday 29 April 2011.

Torvill and Dean's Dancing on Ice The Tour will remain in Manchester until 1 May 2011. Other celebrities appearing in the show will be announced before opening day.

The event will be complete with a panel of judges who will cast their opinions on every performance. The show will be interactive, allowing viewers at home to use their mobile devices to vote for their favourite performers. This will be their fifth live Dancing on Ice Tour.

The event finale will consist of a special performance from the winning couple performing a magical finale of Torvill and Dean's Olympic gold-medal winning routine of Bolero. Torvill and Dean choreograph all performances.

All profits from the text voting during the event will be given to charity. As of now, more than £100,000 has already been raised. In the past, donations have been made to the Royal London Society for the Blind and Demelza Hospice Care.

The shows will be scheduled on Friday, 29th April at 7:30PM, Saturday, 30th April at 2:30PM and 7:30PM and Sunday 1st May at 1:30PM and 6:30PM.
