This month sees CamdenTown present its sixth annual Fringe festival. To mark the event LondonTown.com, the experts when it comes to hotels in London, are offering a number of deals on hotels in the area.

The Camden Fringe takes place during the whole month of August shadowing its veteran big sister festival in Edinburgh. The aim is to bring together theatre, comedy, poetry, dance and music. The 2011 festival's five main North London venues play host to 400 performances of over 100 shows. From the edgiest standup to the latest subversion of Shakespeare, the Camden Fringe justifiably pitches itself as London's David to Edinburgh's Goliath.

Past shows have included Simon Amstell, ShaziaMirza and Scott Capurro. Among this year's shows are The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, the Cabaret of Potty People and HamsterTown.

LondonTown.com is helping to promote the event with a startling array of hotel deals in and around Camden. Hotel Le Place in Nottingham Place has rooms starting from 118 pounds, The Grafton Radisson Edwardian is offering 43% off, with rooms starting at 135 pounds. The Hilton London Euston, in Woburn Place is a ten minutes' walk from St. Pancras and a short walk or bus journey from the Camden Fringe. This hotel is particularly convenient for visitors to London who may be unfamiliar with the city as St. Pancras/King's Cross serves as a master terminal which leads to all the major underground lines as well as being an important National Rail link. Also close to the Hilton is the BritishMuseum and the attractive Bloomsbury district. As you might imagine Hilton rooms book up quickly, so be sure to book soon if you want a good deal.

Visit the LondonTown.com website to take advantage of all the deals offered on all London Hotels. Tickets for Camden Fringe shows are also available through LondonTown.com and at only 7.50 a pop, it promises to be a low budget trip all round.
