Macdonald Hotels and Resorts has hired food specialist PR and
communications agency ING MEDIA to raise awareness of the hotel group’s
progressive philosophy towards food and sourcing.
Macdonald Hotels has put in place unique initiatives to enhance its food proposition
over the past decade and its dedication to excellent food standards and quality has
raised the bar across the hotel and restaurant industry.
The brief will see ING MEDIA's Food and Consumer team working closely with Alan
Swinson, Macdonald Hotels' Catering Director, in order to promote the brand across
both consumer and food trade press as the hotel group of choice for food lovers in
