Voith Industrial Services, Shanghai, China honored with the Excellent Supplier Award on the VWED 2016 Supplier Conference

SHANGHAI, CHINA, 2016-May-19 — /EPR Network/ — Voith Industrial Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was honored with the Ex-cellent Supplier Award from Volkswagen FAW Engine (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (VWED) on their 2016 Supplier Conference.

The 2016 VWED Supplier Conference commended suppliers who per-formed well in all aspects and also encouraged them to further deepen mutual cooperation and achieve win-win situations. 188 suppliers partici-pated in the VWED Supplier Conference. Out of them 12 suppliers won the Excellent Supplier Award. Voith Industrial Services is proud to be one of those winners.

The cooperation between VWED and Voith Industrial Services dated back to 2006. The industrial services provider is in charge of e.g. technical fa-cility management and operates several central stations in the plant. With the service concept of “Create more value for customers” the company supports the rapidly increasing capacity of VWED.

This was honored by the customer: Voith Industrial Services has been awarded with the Excellent Supplier Award the third time now. The team is delighted about the award from VWED for the company and all em-ployees on site in the past year. Voith Industrial Services will continue to act responsibly, develop innovative solutions and ensure a consistently high quality of service to support VWED in realizing efficient and stable processes.
