Prior to moving to Vero Beach, Nancy had a prosperous thirty-year career in Washington, D.C. and Maryland in architectural business development, sales and interior design.  She ran her own company for ten years, overseeing the design and construction of multi-million dollar houses, yachts and cruisers. She then consulted and advised other interior design companies on space planning, budgeting, and purchasing.  Ellerbe Becket, one of the top ten architectural firms designing hospitals in the country recruited her to be its Business Development Director in Washington, D.C., where she took on national responsibilities for the firm.  In a little over six years, she was responsible for bringing in more than $1.8 billion in new business for Ellerbe Becket.

Nancy and her husband relocated to Vero Beach, Florida in 2010.  She immediately became a member of the Board of Directors of the Treasure Coast Healthcare Executive Network, serving as its President for two years.  Nancy joined Sea Turtle Real Estate as a Realtor® because, as she says, “Commercial development and construction are my passion.  I have demonstrated expertise in that arena, along with delivering the best options in residential new construction for my clients.  My strong sales background in interior design and construction means I can negotiate the best price for my sellers and for my buyers.
