South East’s First Official Spanish Exam Centre Opens in Brighton

Brighton, UK, 2017-Mar-15 — /EPR Network/ — Brighton based Cactus Language Training has become the official Spanish exam centre for the SIELE (Servicio Internacional de Evaluación de la Lengua Española) online exam. SIELE is the only international exam that certifies fluency in Spanish with 186 exam centres in the world but just 4 in the UK. With this new certification, Cactus Language becomes the official centre for the South East of England.

At a time when there are 567 million Spanish speakers – and 21 million students of Spanish – it is vital for people looking to work in Spanish-speaking environments to have an internationally recognised qualification. The SIELE was created by the Instituto de Cervantes, and the Universities of Mexico, Salamanca and Buenos Aires and is the official online exam for anyone completing Spanish language training.

“The exam can be taken by individuals or arranged for employees by their companies and is set to overtake traditional paper-based certification,” explains Fay Drewry, Managing Director of Cactus Language Training. “Every year, Cactus Language organises business language training for more than 7,000 people across the UK, so our new relationship with the SIELE organisation is both a natural fit and a great honour.”

Exam dates are now available online and the first exams will take place in March 2017.
