Darling! You Look Smashing–Missouri Fiber Artists Exhibit

St. Charles, MO, USA, 2017-Sep-21 — /EPR Network/ — Don’t miss this exhibit! Missouri Fiber Artists presents; Darling! You Look Smashing. This exhibit features wearable art, made using a myriad of methods. Traditional sewn garments, felted hats and jackets, salvaged fabrics repurposed, have been made with outstanding creativity. Sixteen Missouri Fiber Artists entered 41 wearable fiber artworks. All 43 pieces will be displayed at Framations, in St. Charles, MO.

Many of these fiber art wearables are for sale at Framations, plus artists have supplied an array of scarves and lightweight shawls for sale. Perfect for gifts, the holidays are coming soon.

Quilt National will be in the Main Galleries at the Foundry, during the same dates as MoFA’s “Darling! You Look Smashing”.

Missouri Fiber Artists (MoFA) is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to promote statewide communication among individuals and groups participating in all aspects of the fiber arts. Since 1978, we have been celebrating all of the fiber arts through our quarterly newsletter and bi-annual conference, retreat and regular membership exhibitions.
