Through a PIKA Microwarp on hold device using a SIP connection, Easy on Hold delivers a stream of customized on-hold content and music for each client, with start and stop dates, the ability to set priorities so more important topics play more often, a cloud-based dashboard for easy content and location management., and many other features. With no media files to handle, and bandwidth that is barely noticeable, the PIKA and Easy On Hold solution is especially useful for Broadsoft and Broadworks customers and other SIP platforms as well.
