Foxtail Coffee partners with Pizza Bruno owner for new College Park concept

ORLANDO, Fla., 2019-Mar-13 — /EPR Network/ — Two local Orlando brands are teaming up to make breakfast a little brighter.

Foxtail Coffee and Bagel Bruno will debut their new partnership in College Park this spring. Bagel Bruno is the concept of Bruno Zacchini, the owner of the beloved Pizza Bruno. Construction will start soon.

The space, located at 3405 Edgewater Drive, will draw inspiration from the dough used to create Pizza Bruno’s mouth-watering pies and famous garlic knots. Bagels will be boiled and prepared fresh daily.

Foxtail will also use the bagels to serve signature breakfast sandwiches. Of course, the location will offer guests the hand-crafted beverages they have come to know and love, as well as locally roasted coffee. The menu will also feature beer and wine.

Though the location concept is similar to Foxtail’s work with Leguminati at the recently opened Hourglass Social House, partnering with Bagel Bruno is new for the growing Central Florida brand.

“We’re a local business, and we have always loved the chance to work with other Central Florida businesses,” said Alex Tchekmeian, Foxtail’s co-founder. “If you’ve been around the Orlando restaurant scene, you know Bruno. We couldn’t be happier to share this vision with him and bring this concept to the College Park community.”

Zacchini has built a name for himself around the Central Florida food community, opening a food cart, Bruno’s Bites; helping to open Cask & Larder; and serving in a consulting position with Third Wave Café in New Smyrna Beach before opening his own location.

Foxtail Coffee started in 2016 in Winter Park and has since expanded to 10 locations around Central Florida.

Foxtail Coffee College Park is slated to open in the spring.
