Lynn Pingol has been named COO and partner for it’s talent showcase, STARS UNLEASHED.  Famed comedian – Sonya “D” who founded and created STARS UNLEASHED says “Lynn gave us the hook that we didn’t realize we needed.  We are excited to have her drive our team and help us UNLEASH these talents all over the US!”

As a senior executive, Ms. Pingol contributes her knowledge and strategic planning experience in launching products and services in business, real estate, and the entertainment industry. She incorporates her “5 Different Ways of Thinking” philosophy along with her knowledge of Six Sigma in her consulting and business management style. As the CEO for MaKee Company LLC, Ms. Pingol has consulted with over 1500+ companies in the United States, Asia, and Europe, focusing on failing or “plateaud” businesses. Ms. Pingol’s production and entertainment experience stems from working on a variety of scripts, radio content, and several live competitions, reality TV shows, and live musical production shows. “I have a knack for understanding show content and expanding its platform exponentially. STARS UNLEASHED will allow me to co-produce and co-create a show that will compliment Sonya’s vision and help talented artists all over!” says Ms. Pingol.

Ms. Pingol’s recent achievement include her efforts in giving to the community through her non-profit organization – Generation T.E.M.P.O.  Through these efforts comes, the National Youth Fitness Festival – a change movement to combat inactivity in children and The W.A.V.E. Initiative – which elevates the employment of Veterans in the private sector.

Ms. Pingol holds multiple advance degrees in International Business, Global Management and Marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Relations & Marketing, and several professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Environmental, and Real Estate.
