The Hudson Valley Healing Center is a space where community and alternative healing meet. Dry salt therapy, also known as halo-therapy, has a number of reported benefits and is one of the primary offerings. Detoxify, find relief from respiratory and skin conditions, or simply relax in the cave. Reiki, gong and other events in the cave are also offered. A full yoga program with Ashtanga, Aroma Yoga, Bhakti,  Kundalini, Gentle Therapeutic, Hatha, Meditation, Vinyasa Flow, Kids and Teens, as well as beginner programs are offered.

Through open-minded exploration, Hudson Valley Healing Center provides integrative therapies for individuals and the community. Salt Cave, Yoga, and Lifestyle are at the forefront of the center. Salt Cave sessions are 45 minutes long and cost $40, salt packages are available. The cave and facilities are available for private parties and events.
