Danisa Traditional Danish Butter Cookies Awarded Excellent Taste Three-Star Medal

The TQi (International Taste & Quality Institute) International Flavor and Quality Evaluation Institute, known as the “Michelin Food Guide”, unveiled the results of the 2018 evaluation at the headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

iTQi is the world’s leading evaluation body based on the chief chef and wine tasting masters. The judges are selected from 15 prestigious European Association of Catering and Wine Tasting Experts, including the Belgian Culinary Masters Association, the French Culinary Masters Association, and the British Culinary Arts. The College, among others, has a talented chief chef and wine tasting master who is recognized by Michelin.

The iTQi Superior Taste Award is the only quality seal in taste given by opinion leaders, who include Michelin-recognised chefs and sommeliers.  The judges of the iTQi Commission come from 17 different countries.
