Garvey’s Donates to Chicago House & Social Service Agency by Recycling

Niles, IL, USA, 2019-Jan-29 — /EPR Network/ — Garvey’s Office Products is proud to announce Chicago House & Social Service Agency as its 1^st quarter Recycle for a Reason candidate for 2019.

The Recycle for a Reason program was started in 2007 as a way to give back to the immediate community. By recycling old office items, Garvey’s Office Products generates funds for local charities. Each quarter, Garvey’s Office Products chooses a new organization to receive those funds. To date, over $337,000 has been raised.

This quarter supporters of Chicago House & Social Service Agency can recycle office items to generate monetary donations. Top items looking to be donated include empty toner cartridges, flattened cardboard and old electronics. A full list of accepted items can be found at www.GetGarveys.com. Each item donated will be recycled and the funds received donated to Chicago House & Social Service Agency.

Chicago House Social Service Agency is a not-for-profit organization. Its goal is to empower persons living with or vulnerable to HIV/AIDS to lead healthy and dignified lives. Since 1985, the organization has helped thousands of Chicagoans by providing housing and compassionate, client-centered support services.

The collection period for Chicago House & Social Service Agency will be open until March 31, 2019. Customers of Garvey’s Office Products can participate in this collection for free by contacting their Nice Guys Sales Representative. The local community can also participate by dropping off their donations to 7500 N. Caldwell Ave., Niles, IL during the business hours of Monday – Friday, 9 – 5 p.m. CST.
