Mibusoft enters into partnership with Danish software developer NaviPartner for distribution of specialized retail solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Mibusoft has been, for many years, helping customers leverage Dynamics NAV to propel their business success. By partnering up with NaviPartner, Mibusoft now offers three new specialized omnichannel solutions to North American businesses.

Kitchener, Canada, 2019-Apr-11 — /EPR Network/ — NaviPartner has a long history as a Dynamics NAV partner on the Danish market. Their many years of expertise has led them to funnel their knowledge of their clients’ needs and challenges into a strong product innovation focus. The result is three well-documented and tested omnichannel solutions, namely NP Retail, NP Ecommerce and NP Entertainment.

According to NaviPartner, NP Retail is the mothership. It is a retail solution for all types of retailers that combines point-of-sales, financial management, bookkeeping, order management, inventory management, reports and statistics into one complete solution. The solution supports more than 250 payment methods, delivering payments from across online, mobile, and in-store platforms. This makes NP Retail a future-proof solution that is easy to implement in multiple countries, when a business expands into new markets.

There are high hopes and expectations for the NP product portfolio on the North American market: “We are very excited about this new partnership and the NP solutions. NaviPartner has many great references that convince us that we will be able to take these solutions to market successfully. We have very high expectations and believe these future-proof products that cater to the omnichannel perspective will be welcomed by businesses across North America and take their business to new levels”, says CEO of Mibusoft, Shawn Arsenault.

Closely connected to NP Retail is the NP Ecommerce online e-commerce solution based on Magento. NP Ecommerce seamlessly integrates into Dynamics NAV and is the backbone that ensures real-time integration between the online store, the ERP system and the physical store, and makes sure the inventory is always up to date.

To complete the omnichannel offering, NaviPartner has also developed a third solution – NP Entertainment, which is an extension to NP Retail aimed at the entertainment segment, with specialized modules perfect for ticketing and memberships.

NaviPartner is happy to see their product portfolio brought to market with extra manpower: “We have spent a lot of time and resources on developing and refining these solutions, and we are proud to be able to offer them worldwide through strong partnerships. We find that Mibusoft, with their expertise and client base, is a perfect match for us, and it will mean that our solutions can be presented to a whole new segment of customers”, says CEO of NaviPartner, Mark Stewart Pedersen.
