With a qualitative experience of over 20 years, Steve is known widely for his leadership and strategic abilities. He has proved his mettle by handling key responsibilities as part of multinational organizations like IBM and Deloitte Consulting. With an extensive exposure across multiple industries including Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Consumer Products and Telecommunications, Steve has successfully led global IT departments and large Transformation Programmes towards achieving innovation, cost reductions and thus company-wide productivity.

His core expertise lies in various areas, including IT Strategy, S/4HANA Implementation, Business Transformation, Capital Planning, Consulting, team leadership, Digital Transformation, P&L Management, customer satisfaction and more. In his current role, Steve will be leading the Program Management and Testing functions of the Delivery Execution practice. Apart from analysing existing business processes, Steve is also known for his skills in collaborating and motivating cross-functional teams at all levels, for achieving remarkable results.
