WebCEO Launches a Brand New Interface for a Better User Experience

A lot of changes happening every day in life. It may be a small update or some global improvement – people always want things to be better, simpler, faster, especially with internet technology. UI/UX specialists are constantly researching people’s behavior on the web to improve their interaction with websites and services.

According to Neuroscience Marketing, data placed on the left side of the screen is absorbed better by people who read left to right. Nielsen Norman Group  reports that an F-shaped pattern allows people to get information from a webpage faster and understand where on the page useful information is located. For the online software industry, left side navigation has become a standard because it is convenient and perceived better. Online web stores use the F-shaped pattern as well.

WebCEO’s left side navigation allows users to quickly access the list of tools, reports and additional features. All the tools are grouped by SEO processes, and their order has been chosen according to the patterns customers use when promoting their websites. So the tools are organized to follow the natural workflow and users are able to navigate intuitively.

Additional tools, such as PDF reports, SEO Leads, Tasks and Alerts are now in the same menu. They are separated with a line. A user doesn’t need to scan the entire interface  searching for a small detail of a feature.

There are also changes in the overall design of the reports. Working with reports has became easier because the platform is tuned to minimalism instead of an overwhelming number of buttons. The scanning calendar is now at the top of the report, and report filters are united under the Filter button. So a user has everything he or she needs to work with a report.

There are some minor changes as well. For example, new names for some tools. Simple and short names help avoid confusion and work faster with thoughtfully grouped tools.
