Beyond Investing Announces VEGN Moving to CBOE

TAMPA, FL, 2022-Nov-22 — /EPR Network/ — Beyond Investing LLC (“Beyond”) announces plans to transfer the listing of the US Vegan Climate ETF (VEGN), an exchanged-traded fund (“ETF”), managed by Beyond from NYSE Arca, Inc. to the CBOE BZX Exchange, Inc. (CBOE). The transfer is expected to occur on or about November 30, 2022. No shareholder action is expected because of this change, nor is the transfer expected to affect the trading of fund shares.

Beyond Investing LLC is an SEC registered investment adviser and serves as the Fund’s investment adviser. The fund is distributed by Quasar Distributors.
