IOR appoints Director of Quality Management; announces promotion & hires

Northbrook Illinois, August 08, 2014 -- /EPR NETWORK/ -- IOR Global Services is pleased to announce management promotions and new additions to its Client Services team.

Suzy Leinbach, IOR’s Director of Client Services, will oversee additional responsibilities as Director of Quality Management. Suzy was a key member of the team that led IOR’s work towards achieving the EuRA Global Quality Seal in early 2014. In her new role as Director of Quality Management, Suzy will supervise IOR’s continuous improvement-based business system, the IQ System (IOR Quality System), and ensure IOR is exceeding quality objectives and key performance indicators across all IOR businesses.

“Suzy has done an outstanding job leading our growing Client Services team and improving quality scores and processes,” says IOR CEO Rob Burns. “She played a vital role in helping IOR earn the EuRA Global Quality Seal and is the ideal person to lead Quality Management for our company. Creating the Director of Quality Management role demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and providing exceptional quality and services for our clients and assignees.”

To support the growth of our global mobility business, IOR has expanded its Client Services team. We welcome Irena Lovrinovic and Edyta Pawlus. Irena joined IOR from New World Van Lines, where she worked as a Global Relocation Specialist. Irena is fluent in three languages. Edyta was an International Client Account Manager with the global payroll processing firm Celergo, is bi-lingual and has worked in management positions with several global companies.

In addition, Sarah Caldwell has been promoted to Senior Business Development Director. Sarah has been with IOR since 1997 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of many of IOR’s key client relationships.
