billions of our sweet animals, marine life and feathered friends, it\'s wise to
change to a vegetarian diet for good.

Further more, in order to help preserve our planet\'s natural resources, many of the
world\'s greatest thinkers, inventors and scientists throughout history have observed
a vegetarian diet and affirmed its necessity from the standpoints of both morality
and logic.

Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Further more

antioxidants.

Many people find themselves reluctant to use tofu or tofu related food in their
diet. The main reason is tofu at first tastes very bland yet once cooked with your
favorite seasonings, tofu takes on a new life and new taste. In other words, tofu
will taste like sweet and sour pork if you seasoned it with sweet and sour sauce,
teriyaki chicken if you marinate and cook it with teriyaki sauce etc.

In this web site you\'ll find great sources of vegetarian recipes using tofu and/or
gluten based products.
