Solutions Company has signed a deal with AVP (SEA) Sdn Bhd, a Information Security
Consultant Company to distribute US based technology giant Celframe Inc\'s
("Celframe") full range of technology products in the South East Asian region.

Through this deal, Celframe\'s products will be distributed by AVP (SEA) Sdn Bhd
covering the territories of Malaysia under the CDP Agreement and this would further
expand to countries such as Indonesia, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Laos, Myanmar,
Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore. The deal in which AVP (SEA) has agreed
to sell the full range of Celframe Products was signed at the Renaissance Hotel
officiated by Yang Berbahagia Lt. Col. Husin Jazri in the presence of other
dignitaries mainly Dr. Rajath Kumar, CMD of Philips Malaysia and Chairman of PIKOM,
Mr CJ Ang who graced the event.

Celframe Office 2008 is a multi award winning ALL-IN-ONE office productivity suite
that is packaged with more than over 14 applications that is compatible to other
products such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Flash, Dream Weaver and
Corel Draw. It does not only support all major industry standards file formats but
also provides sophisticated, flexible and instantly usable application by anyone
without the need to be trained.

Asia, about 2.5 Million customers have downloaded the Celframe Office and 1.5
Million of them are paid customers by the end of Dec 2007.
