Sentido Training Academy Reaches The 2500 Mark

The Sentido Hotels & Resorts training academy, established to
ensure all employees are up to Sentido standard and have a full
understanding of the company philosophy, has achieved a major milestone
by successfully training over 2500 members of staff across the
company's 24 hotels and resorts as well as both Nile cruise ships.
Since Sentido Hotels & Resorts was founded in 2009,
more than 2,500 employees - from chefs to receptionists and entertainers all the way
to managers - have been trained at the academy.
Besides established seminars, such as the Train the Trainer seminar for executive
personnel treating the subjects of brand and objectives, Sentido also offers
individual workshops customised to the requirements of the franchise partners. The
programmes on various topics have been developed by Sentido hotel experts and
carried out in cooperation with international consulting agencies. The training
portfolio covers subject like complaint management which is designed for the Sentido
holiday concierges, as well as other subject areas like kitchen and hygiene, sales,
reservations, marketing and revenue management.
