Anchors away! Break of Dawn Coaching releases new book and pays homage to daughter joining the Navy.

Dallas, TX, 2016-Jun-24 — /EPR Network/ — Author, speaker, and master coach Bradley Anderson, owner of Break of Dawn Coaching services in Dallas, TX is proud to announce the release of his first book “Anchors Away. 31 days of fatherly advice for my Navy-bound daughter.”

This book encapsulates a lifetime of advice and guidance for his daughter Hanna, who, out of the blue announced she was joining the US Navy.  The publication covers a multitude of subjects such as money management, building self-confidence, standing up for yourself, choosing the right career, and giving back to others.  At the end of each chapter are tips to help the reader translate the advice into action.  As a bonus, Bradley has added a daily affirmation that can be read for emphasis each day.  Of particular importance are his chapters on failure and goal-setting.

Anderson’s daughter said she wanted to join the Navy instead of heading right off to college after her high school graduation.  This news came 60 days before she was to ship out so quick action was needed.  He ended up cramming a lifetime’s worth of fatherly advice into one month.  The result is this book.  Anderson and his daughter Hanna spent the 31 days in May discussing those golden nuggets of wisdom that only a father could impart.

“Break of Dawn Coaching has spent countless hours helping others achieve their goals and feel better about themselves. Now it was time to do that for my own daughter.” Says Anderson.  This book is a crowning achievement and will no doubt help more people navigate through life.
