Houston, Texas, 2020-Jun-05 — /EPR Network/ — Music Executives Chris Williams Esq. and Ethan Allen have now acquired Rebel America Inc, a music sync licensing company. The purchase will better serve the needs of the sync licensing business, primarily located in the Los Angeles, CA region.

By purchasing the company, this acquisition adds to capacity/strategy to manage intellectual copyrights, artist/label retention, sync issued placements and main geographic presence to provide these services in greater supply to the sync licensing industry globally.

James L. Dennis, Founder of Rebel America Inc. will now serve as consultant/advisor.
