-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- The Story of David and Goliath Gets a New Twist and is Told From the Other Side of the Valley.

Author, Dr. Jim Kay, reveals little known facts about the story of David and Goliath in his new children’s book Goliath vs. David: Killing a Giant a Whole New Point of View.

Even devout Christians, who have heard the story over and over, are learning something new.

“This book takes the point of view of Lahmi, one of Goliath’s four brothers,” said Kay. The book’s main character reveals who trained David to kill with his sling, why David picked up five stones, and what David did with Goliath’s armor and sword.

“David was sure of himself and knew that he would only need one stone to kill Goliath, so why did he pick up five stones? This illustrated children’s book reveals that secret and even how big the stones were,” says Kay. Little known facts are presented in an adventure children will remember for a lifetime, because it’s told from a whole new point of view.

The print version can be purchased through Amazon.com and is available in the U.S. and throughout Europe. The eBook can be purchased through Smashwords.com, Amazon, Barnes and Noble Nook, and many others.

Until March 23, our readers can download the book for only $1.00 at checkout with the coupon code ZB67L but only at Smashwords.com. The author lives with his wife and three children in Braselton, Georgia, located just north of Atlanta. You can read more of Jim Kay’s writings at his website, http://drjimk.webs.com/

While many stories have been told about David and Goliath, Kay’s effort to unfold the story from a new perspective and explores seldom-known historical facts about the battle begs to be read by both adults and children.
