• The Parke at Trinity, Raleigh, NC, 380 homes
• Millspring Commons, Richmond, VA, 159 homes

The properties will benefit from multi-million dollar makeovers, providing upgraded living environments including new kitchens and baths, fixtures, lighting and flooring.
