StarForce Opens 20 000th Protection Project for Eagle Dynamics

StarForce Technologies is glad to inform that the anniversary 20 000th project has been opened in the StarForce Protection System and this project is signed to Eagle Dynamics.

MOSCOW, Russia, 2017-Feb-10 — /EPR Network/ — StarForce Technologies is glad to inform that the anniversary 20 000th project has been opened in the StarForce Protection System and this project is signed to Eagle Dynamics.

The publisher will use it to protect downloadable content (DLC) for Digital Combat Simulator (DCS). DCS is a free-to-play digital battlefield game, focusing on simulation of military aircraft. StarForce solutions provide protection for games and DLC against illegal copying without negative affecting the performance and the gameplay. It allows to use the protection system for publishers easily, and to enjoy great graphics and interesting story for gamers.

Paid DLCs for Digital Combat Simulator periodically go out to the market. They contain different sets of in-game content that are not available in the standard version. One of them is the DLC called ‘DCS WWII: Europe 1944-1945’, which brings the possibility to control the aircrafts that participated in the battles of the Second World War. StarForce solution is intended to protect ‘DCS WWII: Europe 1944-1945’ from piracy and copying among unscrupulous players.

Protection of DLCs for full games is a positive point for developers and publishers. The StarForce solution allows to make the protection of any number of DLCs to released titles. This significantly reduces development and publishing costs to implement the anti-piracy protection system.

Eagle Dynamics has been cooperating with StarForce Technologies for many years. The first protection project was DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark, an attack helicopter simulator.
